While we make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to damaged products during transit. Please note the following disclaimer regarding damaged items:

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery. If any visible damage is noticed, please refuse the delivery or make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt. This will assist us in processing your claim promptly.

  2. Reporting Damages: In the event of receiving a damaged product, customers must report it to our customer service team within 1 day of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to expedite the claims process.

  3. Claims Process: All claims for damaged products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to support your claim. Failure to report damages within the stipulated timeframe may affect the eligibility of your claim.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Upon approval of the claim, customers may be eligible for a replacement of the damaged item or a refund. The decision to replace or refund will be at the discretion of Vela d'Or Boutique.

  5. Exceptions: This disclaimer does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or alterations to the product after delivery. Damages resulting from these actions will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The right to return : 

-After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the product(s).


-We will refund your purchase within 14 days, after receiving your return package. ONLY if the product is in the original condition and packaging.


-We will refund the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of a mistake on our end.

  • If we shipped the wrong product.

  • If we shipped a damaged product. (All items are checked before they're shipped)

Otherwise the return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
